A: It is the cost paid for the placement of infrastructure within the Estate.
Q: Would there be any survey fee?
A: YES, N500,000.00 PER PLOT would be paid for survey plan signed by Registered Surveyor and its is required
at the time of Payment. There will be special consideration when you buy more than a plot.

Q: Would there be an agreement fee?
A: YES, the Agreement Fee is referred to as DEED OF ASSIGNMENT FEE. It is N100,000.00 per plot and it
required at the time of payment.
Q: Will there be extra charges for commercial plots and corner piece plots?
A: YES, commercial plots attracts 20% surcharge while corner piece attract additional 10% of purchase price.
Q: When will my plot(s) be allocated to me?
A: Physical Allocation is done quarterly. For subscribers to be eligible for physical allocation, they must have
completed full payment for plot(s) price and other statutory charges.
Question: What do I get after completion of payment for the land?
A: Purchase Receipt, Acknowledgment Letter and Contract of Sales Agreement.

Q: When do I get my deed of assignment and survey?
A: Deed of Assignment and Survey would be given to each subscriber who has completed payment on the
day of physical allocation.
Q: What type of Title does LUSHGARDENS ESTATE have on the land?
A: Approved Excision.
Q: Is the road to the Estate motorable?
A: Yes the road to the Estate is motorable and well tarred.
Q: Is there any time limit to commence work on my land after allocation?
A: No there is no time limit to commence work but after the building Plan approval has been sought
and received from the appropriate authorities. However, maintenance of undeveloped plots must be done
frequently for the safety of the residents living in the Estate.
Q: Can I resell my plot(s) or property(ies)?
A: YES, but the company has to be duly informed for documentation.
Q: Can I pay cash to your agent?
A: We strongly advise that all payments should be made to TEEWHYHOMES CONSULTING LTD, GUARANTY
TRUST BANK - 0656830805. Otherwise, cheque(s) should be issued in favour of TEEWHYHOMES
CONSULTING LTD, shall not accept any liability that may arise, as a result of deviation from the above
instructions.
Q: What is the size of the plot?
A: 600sqm
Q: If I paid outright payment of installments payment for my plot(s) and I’m no longer interested, can I get
a refund?
A: YES, but it would be subjected to getting another buyer and less 30% administration fee.
A-3 month period would be allowed for the vendor to process the payment. Also note that the refund will
be made only after the plot(s) has been resold.
